Which carrier is shipping my order?

All A-LIST SKIN orders are shipped through the United Stated Postal Service.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Depending on which delivery service selected, your item make take 3-5 business days to arrive after being shipped. Priority Mail guarantees delivery within 1-3 business days while First Class Mail guarantees delivery within 3-5 business days. We are unable to control any delays USPS may be experiencing and apologize for any inconvenience.

Where is my tracking number?

All tracking numbers are sent out once orders are shipped. Please check your email or membership portal for your tracking number. If you're unable to locate it, reach out to directly through our contact form.
