Are A-LIST SKIN products organic?

Our products are all natural and 100% organic. Each product is handmade, using ingredients we love and can actually pronounce, to ensure top tier results.​

 

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. All ingredients are thoughtfully selected and each product is carefully handmade and packaged by our owner. Please review all ingredients carefully, to avoid any sensitivities or allergic reactions. ​

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1-3 days. Shipping times vary based on the option selected, but orders usually arrive within 3-5 days from being shipped. See our shipping policy for more information.​

 

Is A-LIST SKIN safe for dry/sensitive skin?

A-LIST SKIN works for all skin types, but is especially great for dry, sensitive skin. Our owner understands the struggle of having sensitive skin and intentionally incorporates ingredients that are non-irritating. In an effort to promote to healthy skin, our products work to penetrate the skin and lock in moisture making it great for dry skin as well.​

Can I pick up my order?

If you are in the New York City area and would like to pick-up your order, select the "pick-up" option within the delivery options section during check out. You will immediately receive the pick-up location to decide to if the location is accessible to you before checking out. If you select this option, you must wait for your "order ready" email before coming to pick up your order.​
